As part of our Annual United Nations Day celebration, TRRS organises an International Cultural Showcase to embrace the beauty and richness of cross-culturalism in our School Community.
Last year’s programme took place on Friday 3 November 2023 and pupils proudly exhibited their country’s culture and traditions, donning traditional attire in a colourful display. Students staged captivating cultural performances, offering us a delightful glimpse into their heritage and customs. The entire school came together to enjoy this vibrant event, featuring presentations from countries including: China, Lebanon, Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Guinea and USA.
This programme was a thrilling experience, with everyone joining in the, dancing, and cheering in celebration of our global tapestry. We are grateful to have the opportunity to learn more about other countries and their rich culture through such an interesting and educative showcase.
